If you are interested in fuller breasts you may want to learn about the different profiles of implants available to you. The profile is the term used to describe the dimension or the forward projection of an implant.
Implant profiles vary among manufactures however they are still very similar. They range from low to moderate, moderate plus, high and ultra or extra-high profile. The higher the profile the more projection you have but the diameter or width of the implant is narrower. What does this mean exactly? It means that you can have a larger cc volume implant that will give you more upper pole fullness without having extra fullness on the side of your breasts or “side boob”. Each implant shown in the image contains the same cc volume however the projection differs.
A board certified plastic surgeon should measure the base width of your breast. This measurement will tell you the size range that your body will allow. Based off of your measurement you should consider the look that you prefer because each person is very unique. Do you prefer a more natural looking slope or do you like a lot of fullness giving you the maximum amount of cleavage? Dr. Richard Lee will create a surgical plan just for you…
